What's the difference between drop-in visits and dog walking?
Drop-in visits take place inside your home and include personalized care for up to two dogs — things like feeding, potty breaks, playtime, cuddles, and even bringing in mail or packages.
Dog walking happens outside in your neighborhood and focuses on exercise, fresh air, and potty breaks during a walk, with feeding included if needed.
What happens if it’s too hot to walk during the middle of the day?
Your pet’s safety always comes first. If temperatures are unsafe for a walk, we’ll adjust the visit to include indoor playtime, potty breaks in shaded areas, and plenty of love and attention. This way, your dog still gets exercise and care without the risks of hot pavement or heat exposure.
Why do we do meet and greets before services can be scheduled?
We require a meet & greet before scheduling services to ensure the best care for your pet. This visit gives you a chance to meet your assigned Pet Concierge and allows them to spend time with your pet while reviewing important details such as health needs, routines, vet information, emergency contacts, special requests, and home access instructions. We’ll also answer any questions you may have and collect a key, access code, or other entry method for your sitter.
What is our cancellation policy?
We know life happens! For regular services, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours receive a 50% refund. Boarding services require 72 hours’ notice for a full refund.
Do you care for pets that have aggression issues?
For safety reasons, we cannot provide care for pets with a history of aggression. However, if a pet is simply fearful or shy, we’re happy to work with you to create a care plan. Our Pet Concierge will meet with you and your pet to determine if services are a good fit. If at any point it is deemed unsafe, we reserve the right to discontinue service.
